In this Privacy Policy, International Register Mediation informs you about how our organisation deals with your privacy. Our policy is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites linked to the International Register Mediation website.

Purposes of data processing

In order to support you optimally, International Register Mediation needs to store your data in certain cases. We use this personal data for the following purposes:
– Provision of our courses
– Relationship management and marketing
– Product and service development
– Complying with laws and regulations applicable to International Register Mediation

If necessary for our accreditations, we can share your personal data with our accrediting organisations. International Register Mediation will not provide your personal data to other third parties, unless you have given your prior consent or if International Register Mediation is legally obliged to do so.

Which data is processed?

Received directly from you

International Register Mediation processes personal data received from you or your employer. This data is for example received when registering for a course, when requesting our brochure, when subscribing to our newsletter or when contacting us in any other way. Among other things, we collect and process the following personal data: your name, address and other contact details, data relating to the programme you have applied for, your feedback on the programme and other information you provide to us. In addition, we collect and process personal data within the framework of your study programme, such as attendance, study progress, results and whether you have (successfully) completed the study programme.

Automatically collected cookies

When visiting our website, you will be asked whether you wish to accept cookies. Without your consent, no cookies are set and no personal data are collected by us. When you agree, we record data that does not contain personal information, such as the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and data your browser sends. This is to gain insight into how our website is used. The cookies used for this purpose consist of a standard Internet technology that does not identify individuals, but only recognises computers. Security and retention period

The data stored by us will only be used for the purpose for which it was made available to us and will not be disclosed to third parties. Our employees are legally obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. We also impose this obligation contractually on third parties engaged by us to carry out our training courses.

Your personal data will only be stored on the automated systems of International Register Mediation. These are protected against misuse and access by unauthorised persons. Data is sent through secured connections over the internet.

International Register Mediation will retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as long as required by law. International Register Mediation is allowed to keep personal data longer if there are circumstances that give reason to do so.

Recording, inspection and deleting of personal data

When registering for our courses, personal data is necessary for the execution of the courses we offer. We will comply with the legal deadlines to which we are bound or which are imposed on us by the accrediting bodies. Your data will be treated confidentially and you can indicate which forms of contact you do or do not want.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also request a copy of your data. You can submit a request via our contact page or send a message to info@nlba.nl.

Removal of personal data will take place as soon as possible. If International Register Mediationy is legally obliged to keep the personal data in question or if there are other urgent reasons why deletion is not possible, we will inform you.

Personal data authority

If you have any complaints about the way International Register Mediation handles your personal data, we hope you will discuss this with us. It is our explicit intention to guarantee your privacy and we are happy to consult with you. Should you nevertheless wish to object, you can report this to the personal data authority.

Changes

International Register Mediation reserves the right to make changes to its privacy policy. Therefore, please check the privacy policy regularly, to stay aware of these changes.
